Responsibilities

Drive actionable reporting to enhance subcategory performance and provide insights on pricing, promotions, and market needs.

Manage delivery of regular reports on business health and performance.

Identify category opportunities, create strategic sales stories, and recommend actions to differentiate SharkNinja from competitors.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

6+ years of relevant work experience within category management or sales analysis

Experience working for consumer goods company preferred

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and detail oriented, ensuring deadlines are met

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to present and calibrate on critical challenges to internal and external partners

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD, GFK, etc)

Advanced Microsoft Excel/ Office skills
