Responsibilities
Utilize Celonis Process Mining to analyze end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights that drive operational optimization.
Work with various automation platforms (e.g., RPA, workflow automation) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to support process improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
Extract, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas of opportunity for improvement. Prepare and present reports for business stakeholders using data visualization and analytics tools.
Partner with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to align on business goals, identify key areas for process improvements, and ensure data is used effectively for continuous monitoring.
Assist in the implementation of automation and analytics solutions, monitoring their effectiveness, and optimizing them to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement by recommending changes to business processes based on data-driven insights. Track and measure the impact of improvements.
Provide training and support for business users on Celonis and other automation/analytics tools, fostering a self-sufficient environment.

Required
Celonis Certification: Strong experience with Celonis Process Mining and a certified Celonis Analyst (or equivalent training).
Experience with Automation Solutions: Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and process automation platforms.
Proficient in Data Analytics: Experience using analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL to extract and analyze data.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems within processes, suggest improvements, and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions.
Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and effectively present data-driven insights.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and other teams.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities in complex datasets.
Prior experience in a business analysis or process optimization role, preferably in industries like financial services, manufacturing, or technology.
Preferred
Experience with additional analytics or process improvement tools (e.g., Alteryx, SAP, etc.).
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
