Responsibilities
Lead and manage the change management initiatives for the myTime project, ensuring alignment with established goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, encompassing communication strategies, training programs, feedback mechanisms, and user support approaches.
Partner with project teams, HR, and other relevant stakeholders to identify and address potential change impacts effectively.
Track and report on change management progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Provide expert guidance to facilitate a smooth transition, driving user adoption and ensuring optimal utilization of the myTime system.

Required
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in change management, preferably within HR or IT projects.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and solution development.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and consistently deliver results under tight deadlines.
Positive attitude with a focus on fostering user engagement and satisfaction.
Preferred
Experience in delivering change management for HR programs or initiatives is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Kronos or other time and absence management systems is a strong advantage.
Change management: 5 years (Preferred)
