Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and resources to enable partner field teams (sales, pre-sales, and technical consultants) to effectively position and sell WEKA solutions.
Collaborate with partner sales teams to understand customer requirements, provide technical expertise during customer engagements, and support sales cycles by conducting product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical workshops.
Work closely with WEKA partners to ensure they understand how WEKA aligns with their GTM strategy, differentiates their portfolio, and then provide technical enablement, certification programs, and ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to promote and sell WEKA solutions to their customers.
Create and maintain technical enablement materials, including presentations, demo scripts, solution guides, and sales tools, tailored to different audiences and sales stages.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization by contributing to internal training sessions, knowledge base articles, and best practice sharing forums.

Required

Strong technical background in data storage, cloud computing, AI strategies, and HPC-related technologies, with hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise-level solutions.
Proven experience in technical enablement, training, or sales engineering roles, with a track record of developing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, and resources for field teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive technical enablement initiatives and support sales efforts.
Ability to understand business objectives, market trends, and customer needs, translating technical capabilities into value propositions and driving alignment between technical and business priorities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, deliver engaging training sessions, and create compelling enablement materials for diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in hands-on technical roles such as sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
Experience working in the data storage, cloud computing, or IT infrastructure industry, with knowledge of enterprise storage solutions, file systems, and data management technologies.
Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, and enablement materials for field teams, partners, and customers.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and external partners to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
