Responsibilities

Drive a global marketing strategy that activates the network of solution providers enabling them to grow their BlackLine practice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related matters.
Design and create a program that provides partners access to tools, resources, and training for marketing BlackLine that they can operationalize on their own.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program and tools.
Manage marketing budget and partner marketing co-fund.
Work closely with internal teams, including solution provider leaders, alliance team, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

Required

10 – 12 years plus demonstrated experience in an alliances/channel marketing role, or similar serving a growing alliance/channel partner ecosystem.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system and Marketo or other similar marketing automation platform.
Experience working within partner portal platforms or similar partner service tools.
5% travel

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
10 plus years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles.
Proven track record of developing successful joint-marketing programs and partner relationships.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to use data and insights to inform or build a business case.
Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build consensus.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This is not a Product Marketing role.
