Responsibilities
Maintain Cisco ISE Health: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for optimal performance and security.
Request Assessment and Implementation: Evaluate, prioritize, and implement ISE-related requests for smooth network operations.
Environment Health Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessment of ISE environment within the first 30 days of employment. Identify issues and areas for improvement.
Cleanup and Optimization: Perform recommended cleanup activities within 30 days following the initial assessment. Optimize configurations and processes.
MIoT Security Counsel Participation: Participate in Medical Internet of Things (MIoT) security counsel meetings. Establish cycles and timelines for implementing ISE-managed controls on MIoT devices.
After-Hours Support: Provide support to on-call team during after-hours as needed. Ensure timely resolution of critical issues outside regular working hours.

Required
Extensive experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
Proficient in Cisco Wireless technologies
Strong expertise in Cisco Switch configurations and management
Experienced with Cisco Digital Network Architecture Center (DNAC)
Solid understanding of network security principles and practices
Proven experience in assessing and optimizing network environments
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Cisco ISE, Wireless, and Switch technologies
Preferred
Relevant Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CCIE Security)
Experience in healthcare IT environments is a plus
