Responsibilities
Rapidly integrate into Tetra Tech to leverage diverse resources and service offerings in associated practice areas.
Provide senior leadership support focusing on identifying resources, developing business strategies, client engagement, opportunity identification, and team member education.
Serve as the Senior Account Lead for strategic client accounts, cross-selling services, and providing programmatic support.
Perform comprehensive analysis of client account potential, market share, and winnable opportunities.
Engage and retain client relationships with various firms and provide technical and management services.
Demonstrate instrumental role in capturing new orders and growing revenue annually.
Capitalize on industry relationships to establish new relationships and promote Tetra Tech's expertise.

Required
BS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
Fifteen years of program/project management direct experience in the site investigation and remediation practice areas. Expertise in developing complex site investigation, remediation, and compliance strategies for clients across industries. Expertise in state-of-the art site investigation, human health risk evaluations, and remediation technologies is required. Knowledge of regulations and regulatory agencies in Utah and surrounding states is required.
Must have a solid understanding of regional industries and existing and upcoming regulatory requirements they will need to comply with along with market trends, competitors, clients, forecasting, and capture strategy.
Experience working across disciplines to develop interdisciplinary solutions for a variety of market segments and cross selling services outside of the candidate’s technical focus area.
Dynamic, self-starter with successful experience with operational and program-level leadership, business development, and strategic planning focused on the commercial and industrial market sectors and to government clients.
Direct proven account growth/management experience on accounts and/or projects of $500K to $1M.
Strong network of clients and long-standing, established relationships.
Ability to delegate project and operation tasks to more junior team members to effectively utilize candidate’s strengths is essential.
Demonstrated experience in managing project and group finances with strong profitability.
Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability developing and delivering effective presentations to customers and management.
A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
