Responsibilities
Lead and identify opportunities in the New England area for railway and transit projects.
Lead delivery of projects to satisfy clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Develop specifications, cost estimates and project schedules.
Prepare technical reports and analyses.
Coordinate and provide technical expertise for mid-large size projects.
Lead technical client relationships related to track design, track construction and phasing of work.
Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
Oversee and manage work within the ROW for multiple projects.
Coordinate with multiple departments related to a project's scope of work.
Develop procurement specifications.
Prepare technical reports and analyses.

Required
BA/BS in Civil, Electrical Engineering or related field plus 10 years of relevant experience and or education
Preferred
Professional Engineering License (PE)
Previous transit agency experience
