Responsibilities
Investigate and solve a range of problems within health plan & employer group claim operations
Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
Provide explanations and information on topics within expertise
Respond to customer/account audit support and requests within 24 hours
Act as a technical resource to others in own function

Required
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
2+ years of combined experience utilizing claims platforms
2+ years of Healthcare experience
1+ years of experience within a matrix organization, healthcare, or insurance company
Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Preferred
Experience with Accent
