Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test enhancements to Clarity configuration and integrations within the Clarity instance.

Create and maintain database components, including packages, stored procedures, views, indexes, and other relevant objects.

Support custom requests requiring configuration of user interfaces, database queries, reports, and portlets.

Facilitate test cycles and implement enhancements as necessary.

Utilize Clarity Studio components such as objects, portlets, processes, lookups, and PPM add-ins to deliver solutions.

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and assess functional and technical requirements.

Coordinate activities related to environment maintenance, data refreshes, product patches, and upgrades.

Document deployment and support activities.

Uphold Disney’s development, change management, and security policies.

Oversee code release to production, validate runbook steps, and sign off on test plans.

Required

8+ years of progressive experience with Clarity PPM, including expertise in: GEL scripting, XOG processing, Data Marts, Time slices, NSQL, and other Clarity Studio customizations.

Portlet development and JasperSoft report creation.

SQL and PL/SQL for database design and object creation.

Clarity administration and Oracle database management.

Proven experience with Clarity PPM upgrades or implementations (version 16.0.0 or higher) in web-based SaaS environments.

Expertise in Clarity PPM Modern UX configurations, enhancements, and customizations.

Hands-on experience working in an Agile delivery team.

Proficiency in unit testing, functional testing, and coordinating deployment activities across teams.

Strong analytical, debugging, and technical problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
