Responsibilities

Own the client onboarding and account maintenance for new and existing clients

Interface directly with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations

Provide support across a diverse suite of products and applications

Perform daily administrative and operational duties supporting the Financial Advisor(s) and clients

Serve as a liaison between the Financial Advisor team, branch management, and compliance

Proactively support firm and regional initiatives and remediations

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Series 7 & 66 licenses upon hire or must successfully obtain within 180 days from start date

Proven ability to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Proactively identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of our clients

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations

Preferred

Able to adapt and stay abreast of changing technology and regulatory policies

Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
