Responsibilities

Collaborate with Service, Product, Clinical, Data and Marketing Teams to Strengthen the Business Relationship with CuraLinc's Clients

Identify Opportunities to Expand CuraLinc's Footprint by Effectively Positioning the Value of Secondary Programs (Dedicated Counseling, Wellness, Global, FMLA Administration)

Champion New Features and Product Offerings with CuraLinc's Clients

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Secondary Products During Client Review and Planning Meetings

Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape

Represent CuraLinc in Current Client and Market/SME Presentations

Five (5) or More Years of B2B Sales or Client Service Experience within Healthcare or Employee Benefits (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Medical Mgmt., Carrier, etc.)

Stable Employment History

BS/BA Degree

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

Exceptional Presentation and Written Communication Competency

Thrives on Meeting New People and Developing Internal and External Relationships
