Responsibilities

Drive New Business: Seek out and develop new business opportunities within the RLM/RCA sector that align with Argano's Salesforce offerings.
Client Engagement: Engage with new clients and prospects, understanding their needs to provide comprehensive Salesforce solutions.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is expected.
5-8 years of experience in client service or sales, specifically with Salesforce solutions in RLM/RCA.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Success in managing complex sales cycles and closing significant deals.
Leadership experience in sales or account management.
Exceptional ability to meet and surpass targets with a strong grasp of the sales process.
Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and Salesforce solutions.
Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Strong skills to close mutually beneficial deals and handle objections confidently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Talent for identifying client challenges and proposing effective solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

Preferred

MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
