Responsibilities
Deliver excellent client service consistently, acting as an advocate for client needs within the organization to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Take ownership of project management from inception to execution, working cross-functionally with creative teams, Marketing Operations (MOPS), and internal Matchbox teams to achieve project objectives and fulfill internal requirements.
Dive into the granular aspects of ad platforms, including building ads, tracking campaigns, and setting up UTM parameters to ensure seamless reporting and optimization.
Continuously seek ways to amplify and optimize earned media results across multiple channels, striving to meet both qualitative and quantitative client goals.
Lead strategic client meetings to ideate, develop, and present integrated marketing concepts, such as media activations, influencer and ambassador engagements, partnerships, events, email marketing, and broader digital strategies.
Pitch strategic, high-impact campaign ideas to clients, ensuring these concepts are woven through media engagement to create cohesive and compelling stories.
Consistently bring innovative and creative ideas that align with client objectives, utilizing agency resources to broaden the impact of campaigns through channels such as media seeding, influencer outreach, and press trips.
Maintain proactive, professional, and consistent client engagement, including one-on-one interactions and regular meetings to ensure alignment.
Develop ongoing, strategic plans for assigned clients, including quarterly planning sessions to refine and adapt strategies as needed.
Manage the operational details, including monthly reports, budgets, content spreadsheets, travel estimates, and billing, to maintain transparency and accountability.
Track content delivery, ensure accurate budget allocation, and manage campaign timelines to keep projects on track and clients informed.

Required
5+ years of agency experience in an account management role, with a Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
Expertise in client relationship management with a strong track record of exceeding client goals, meeting retention benchmarks, and maintaining proactive interactions.
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing across both online and traditional channels, including paid media, social media, sales promotions, public relations, and direct mail.
Advanced knowledge of social and search platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing earned and paid media campaigns.
Proficiency with creative and operational tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Google Tag Manager), leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and drive insights.
Skilled in the technical aspects of ad platforms—ad creation, UTM setup, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis—for optimal campaign performance.
Strong project management abilities, leading projects from start to finish while collaborating with creative, MOPS, and other internal teams.
Experienced in managing content tracking spreadsheets, campaign budgets, and performance reports, ensuring clear client communication and smooth operations.
Effective working independently and within a team, driving strategic planning, campaign success, and comprehensive performance reporting.
