Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain Cisco voice systems, including CUCM, Unity, and UCCX
Monitor and optimize voice network performance to ensure high-quality communication
Troubleshoot and resolve network and voice-related issues promptly to minimize downtime
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Cisco voice solutions with other network infrastructure
Manage and maintain voice gateways, routers, and switches
Provide technical support and training for end-users on Cisco voice products
Document network configurations, changes, and updates in compliance with organizational policies

Required
Strong foundation in Cisco Voice technologies
CCNP Collaboration certification
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco voice systems, including CUCM, Unity, and UCCX
Ability to monitor and optimize voice network performance to ensure high-quality communication
Proven troubleshooting skills to resolve network and voice-related issues promptly
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Cisco voice solutions with other network infrastructure
Ability to manage and maintain voice gateways, routers, and switches
Experience providing technical support and training for end-users on Cisco voice products
Ability to document network configurations, changes, and updates in compliance with organizational policies
