Responsibilities

Evaluate and record day to day portfolio transactions for the Company’s law firm working capital funding portfolio.

Accurately process portfolio payments and receipts and effectively resolve payment issues.

Maintain invoices and client account statements within the Company’s CRM system.

Support the Commercial Client Relationship Managers in providing outstanding service to law firm clients by timely meeting requests and providing actionable client insights.

Assist in reporting on key business KPIs and performance of actuals vs. projected.

Establish and maintain rigorous standards and reporting around unit economics and unit profitability.

Set up a process for working with capital markets to monitor portfolio performance, including asset eligibility criteria.

Collaborate with the Finance Team in assisting with the integration of the annual operating plan with the strategic plan.

Proven ability to execute and communicate effectively in a highly fluid, interactive environment; demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks to completion.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in accounting business, finance, economics or related is required.

5+ years of accounting or finance experience

Highly proficient in MS Excel.

Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce CRM.

Well poised and exhibit strong communications skills interacting with all levels of the leadership team

Desire to join a growing organization with a culture that thrives on passion and enthusiasm

Preferred

Experience with business analytic platforms such as Power BI is a big plus.
