Senior Commercial Property Accountant

Responsibilities
Work with Property Managers on the following:
Cash flow over a five year basis
Preparation of annual budgets and annual CAM reconciliations
Management of the calculation and processing of client distributions and capital contributions
Review, analyze and process accruals and pre-paids
Prepare monthly financial statement packages for multiple commercial entities
Onboarding new properties: GL/ Tenant Ledger transfer
Process tenant bill backs, rent ups, and move outs
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed
Process bank reconciliation
Process 1099 year-end filings
Other duties as assigned

Required
Adept at maintaining organization, self-driven, and proficient in meeting rigorous reporting timelines
Demonstrated track record of effectively managing multiple projects concurrently
Commercial lease knowledge
Yardi Voyager experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
