Responsibilities
Oversee monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, analysis, and distribution of compensation reports, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Strategize, plan, design, and implement commission plans to align with company goals and objectives.
Present commission data and analyses to GTM teams, sales leaders, and the executive team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Develop and provide ongoing standard and ad-hoc reports, and analyze historical, current, and prospective commission activity.
Analyze the cost of commissions per group and ensure alignment with relevant budgets.
Address and resolve any queries from GTM teams regarding their compensation, acting as a trusted advisor.
Estimate commission accruals for month-end financial close processes.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies or exceptions, effectively communicating outcomes to GTM teams.
Provide insights on performance, evaluate and analyze trends, and serve as a point of contact for commission-related questions.
Assist with all revenue-related aspects of the company, leveraging financial modelling skills to provide comprehensive support and insights.

Required
3+ years of experience in a compensation analytics role, with a preference for candidates with experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, particularly within the SaaS industry.
Advanced skills in Excel and G-Suite.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, including ASC-606, is an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
Preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Previous experience implementing a sales commission software is a plus.
