Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage the day-to-day operations of information systems.
Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
Conduct systems analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current IT systems and recommend improvements.
Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Required
A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT management, systems analysis, and computer programming.
Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network management, database management, and software development.
Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business environments.
Must be a US Citizen
Must have an active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one.
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics is a plus.
Experience with enterprise-level applications and systems.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL.
