Responsibilities

Lead customer engagements for building secure coding programs by establishing clear program objectives, key metrics, and structured outcomes.

Partner with customer stakeholders to understand their unique security needs, establish alignment, and tailor the secure coding program to meet their requirements.

Collaborate with Cyber Awareness and Application Security experts as needed to leverage their technical expertise for strategic discussions.

Ensure that multiple concurrent projects are delivered on time and within scope, using excellent time management and organizational skills.

Dedicate a portion of time to building internal assets and playbooks, supporting the rapid scaling and efficiency of the Professional Services team.

Engage in detailed secure coding discussions, providing insights and guidance on programmatic implementation.

Work with the team to refine delivery processes, share best practices, and enhance the collective expertise of the Professional Services team.
