Responsibilities
Lead consulting engagements and manage client relationships.
Provide strategic insights to drive business growth.
Work closely with a team of consultants to deliver high-impact solutions.
Independently manage a client from beginning to end including following up with leads, building the relationship, scoping the engagement, and managing the project.

Required
Is comfortable traveling 10-25% of the time.
Thrives on building strong relationships with executives.
Is comfortable with working with warm leads and creating proposals.
Has one or more of the following areas of expertise: Construction, Data Analytics/Visualization, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain and Materials Management, Financial Analysis, Workplace Automation, Change Management, Risk Management.
Is an exceptional leader and project manager.
Has at least a basic understanding of recruiting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
