Responsibilities

Defining content strategy, making user experiences more intuitive, enforcing consistency, developing new terminology, solving compliance challenges.

Strategise, write, iterate and collaborate with designers, product managers, design managers, research and other stakeholders to produce effective UX content that compliments the design.

Develop and expand the content design system (KCDS) to improve the quality of content across Kraken and have more content lead products like gamified tutorials and AI interactions with clients.

Look at the overall UX of a product or ecosystem and consider how this narratively comes together.

Strong Portfolio of Content Design achievements
