Responsibilities
Develop content ideas with Product, Marketing, and Sales to support customer needs, product adoption, and lead generation, while ensuring alignment with Friendbuy’s brand and messaging.
Write and edit blog posts, white papers, case studies, and eBooks that position Friendbuy as a thought leader in loyalty and referral marketing.
Develop copy and briefs for social media posts, email newsletters and the website.
Ensure content is distributed effectively across digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Use analytics tools to measure content performance, report on key metrics, and refine content strategies based on data insights.

Required
5+ years of experience as a content writer in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the marketing or e-commerce sectors.
Proven track record of creating high-quality, long-form content, with a portfolio showcasing diverse formats such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, and product guides.
Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable content.
Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
