Responsibilities

Interface and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Negotiate and provide administration of service/supply contracts

Ensure that stakeholders are informed/aware of key contract terms and conditions

Maintain and facilitate proactive planning and contract management meetings with key stakeholders

Consolidate the supply base

Drive and coordinate contract review

Negotiate and administer company procurement and services contracts

Contract ManagementSourcing Experience

Required

3-5 years of experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Familiarity with complex policies and legal language and ability to effectively communicate to internal parties

Negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships

Strong human relations skills and ability to effectively communicate (orally and written) with managers, internal clients, vendors, colleagues and support staff

Demonstrates proactivity and takes ownership of daily responsibilities and projects

Preferred

Sourcing experience a plus
