Responsibilities
Timely update of the Project Contract Follow-up Schedule
Maintain relationships with Technical Entities and suppliers
Manage insurance, tax, legal, and compliance issues
Utilize frame agreements and contracts
Report activity and savings achieved
Manage claims with support
Maintain contract register of change orders and costs
Lead the contract/services PO award process
Prepare strategy and launch CFT
Conduct bid analysis and negotiations
Establish final contracts and ensure handover
Monitor contract status and anticipate renewals
Settle claims with Contractors
Ensure proper filing and archiving of Contracts
Adhere to Company's Contractual and Purchasing Policies
Participate in reducing contractual risks
Maintain accurate records of contractual matters
Adhere to Company HSE procedures
Deliver best quality contracts in time and at optimal cost
Impose strict confidentiality on Contractual and Commercial documentation
Prepare, negotiate, and administer complex contracts
Provide weekly reports

Required
International Experience recommended
Expertise within Contracts and Projects in the O&G industry
Preferred language of the service : English mandatory, French is a +
C&P competencies
Advanced level in Contracts technical Competencies required
C&P tools advanced certification required (SAP, eSourcing, AGORA, SEQUANA)
Set a personal example in adherence to Company HSE procedures
Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation
Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or avoid pollution
Report any incidents (Anomaly, unsafe acts, near miss, damage, injury, etc…) exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or avoid pollution
