Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRO strategies to optimize website and campaign performance.
Plan, design, and execute A/B and multivariate tests to drive key KPIs.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to implement optimization strategies.
Analyze user behavior, site analytics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on test results and analytics.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify innovative CRO approaches.

Required
4+ years proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful projects within e-commerce
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing with CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Convert), research tools (e.g., Hotjar, Fullstory), web analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), heat mapping (Hotjar, Crazy Egg) and reporting and dashboarding (Looker Studio)
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web development basics
Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in direct response marketing (VSLs, long form) or building and optimizing landing pages and funnels
Huge bonus points if you’re passionate about golf and familiar with digital training and physical product funnels
