Responsibilities
Develop concise, engaging copy for advertising and media that drives interaction with brand, demand, and lead-generation campaigns across the full funnel.
Execute from the creative briefs provided by the campaign manager and content strategist, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, audience insights, and strategic goals.
Create and refine content for social media, emails, digital ads, and video scripts, maintaining consistency with Foundever’s brand voice and objectives.
Collaborate with designers to conceptualize the look, feel, and creative direction of campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and visually aligned narrative across all content.
Work with Marketing Operations to ensure copy meets formatting standards, optimized length, and keyword insights to maximize SEO and performance.
Adapt long-form content into short-form formats, leveraging insights and key points from white papers, guides, and e-books to enhance campaign relevance and messaging impact.
Assist in crafting targeted messaging for sales enablement materials, Inside Sales/BDR cadences, webinars, virtual events, and other content that supports consistent brand storytelling throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with Global and Product Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of short-form content within larger campaign assets.

Required
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in copywriting, ideally in a B2B marketing context. Experience in an agency or a similarly fast-paced environment is preferred.
Knowledgeable about Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and Claude, with demonstrated experience using these tools to drive ideation, strategy, and scalable content output.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, or comparable experience in a related field.
Strong ability to write clear, effective short-form content for ads and media channels, designed to drive engagement and conversion.
Adaptability to quickly learn industry language and audience insights, ensuring messaging is relevant and effective.
Collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on aligning short-form content with broader campaign goals.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related software.
Preferred
Experience in an agency or a similarly fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer experience (CX), technology, professional services or business process outsourcing (BPO) industries is beneficial but not essential.
