Required

Deep knowledge of commercial contracts, especially as related to technology

Several years of law firm experience

Familiarity with various emerging technologies

Comfortable heading up transactions, including negotiating a complex master SaaS agreement, M&A deals, partner buy-outs, employment agreements and comp plans

Deep experience in complex commercial contracts, technology-related agreements, mergers and acquisitions, capital financing, licensing, and general corporate representation

Majority of experience should be from prior work at a reputable law firm

10+ years of corporate transactional experience

5+ years of working at a law firm, AmLaw 100 preferred

Licensed to practice in the U.S with a preference for NY

Experienced in structuring and negotiating complex technology agreements

Natural leader with integrity and people skills

Polished, energetic, loyal, and always ready to rise to a challenge

Comfortable working remotely and consider yourself tech-savvy

Ability to make complex communications simple

Comfortable leading negotiations with outside general counsel within multi-billion dollar companies
