Responsibilities

Support the Company’s legal maintenance for all subsidiaries.

Manage and oversee state compliance and blue sky matters.

Assists with cross-functional international expansion efforts, including entity creation and maintenance.

Manage international board and governance matters for the Company’s subsidiaries.

Manage and assist with stock administration equity plan creation and management in the U.S. and in international jurisdictions.

Support corporate governance efforts, including Board and Committee matters.

Support financial reporting obligations for the Company’s subsidiaries.

Support general equity matters, including stockholder inquiries, requests from preferred investors, and cap table management.

Support various corporate and financial transactions.

Provide legal support over internal corporate policies and trainings.

Provide legal support over Treasury and IR functions.
