Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including SaaS licensing agreements, data use agreements, customer and vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and partner agreements.

Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, identifying and addressing potential risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Lead initiatives to streamline and scale the contracting process across the company.

Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of contract templates, policies, procedures, and business systems to support operational efficiency and growth.

Partner closely with sales, procurement, finance, and other business teams to support the contracting needs of the organization and ensure alignment on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
