Responsibilities
Manage deals and teams independently.
Produce client-ready documents.
Negotiate and draft complex transactions.
Interface with colleagues across offices and practice groups.

Required
5-9 years of experience in project finance, including debt and tax equity, and M&A, with an emphasis on renewable energy-related transactions.
Experience managing deals and teams independently.
Experience with debt and tax equity project finance and M&A, managing deals and teams.
Enjoy the challenge of negotiating and drafting complex transactions.
Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand how a project serves clients goals.
A commitment to client service and team success.
Ability to communicate business goals into contract language.
JD from an accredited university.
