Responsibilities
Supporting the global Human Resources function
Enhancing and advising on global processes, policies, and employee relations issues
Development and implementation of employment-related policies and training
Drafting and review of various employment documents for compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Overseeing internal investigations
Managing employee relations concerns
Ensuring the consistent application of employment law practices globally

Required
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member in good standing of any state bar
Strong preference for those with a background in enterprise technology, software product, SaaS, or related experience
Highly collaborative, flexible, and creative
Strong business sense and legal judgment
Outstanding negotiating, writing, speaking, and analytical skills
Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Global experience, particularly in California and with technology companies
High degree of accountability and professional motivation
Ability to develop strong relationships both within and outside the company
