Responsibilities
Responsible for evaluating and recommending credit decisions for commercial working capital loan applications in a timely and accurate manner
Utilize Dun & Bradstreet, Credit Bureau (Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax), and related commercial bureau reports to render a sound credit decision
Review and validate information included on bank statements, financial statements and other reports
Validate business existence and reputation through online search engines
May be required to present transactions above lending authority to management
Convey credit decisions in a clear and concise matter to individual Sales Representatives
Communication in multiple mediums and departments within the organization
Ensure commercial lease and loan transactions are underwritten according to Credit policy standards
Comply with Credit audit procedural requirements
Daily responsibilities may require face-to-face interaction with the individual Sales Representatives

Required
Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent experience
Strong time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
Preferred
5-7 years commercial lease and/or loan underwriting experience preferred
