Responsibilities

Analytical focus i.e. reporting and analysis as well as executional support in partnership with Sr. CRM manager

Own CRM reporting i.e. create dashboards and reports for the team including analysis of results and providing optimization recommendations

Support CRM manager with execution and implementation of personalized/dynamic CRM campaigns (email, push notification and SMS) including building campaigns and audiences in Iterable (ESP)

QA all CRM campaigns for grammar, spelling, linking and tracking

Monitor sender reputation and implement and manage best practices to keep reputation high

Manage campaign calendars and project trackers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

Support Sr. CRM Manager with ad hoc projects and presentations as required
