Responsibilities
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained and able to effectively use our product.
Serve as a technical resource, resolving customer issues in a timely manner and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
Collect customer feedback on product functionality and work with the product development team to implement improvements.
Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts, understanding their ongoing needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop sophisticated tooling to resolve customer issues.
Create and maintain a knowledge base of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to provide seamless customer experience.

Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking.
Familiarity with mobile operating systems.
Self-motivated as a remote worker to effectively manage time and efforts to achieve performance goals.
Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
