Responsibilities
Resolves customer support challenges in a time-critical environment using problem solving strategies
Manages multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Analyzes customer problems and communicates solutions verbally and/or in writing timely
Answers high volume of incoming requests professionally and quickly demonstrating appropriate etiquette

Required
Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) or similar software
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree)
