Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Solution Management: Deploy, configure, and manage security technologies (such as EDR, NDR, SIEM, VM, IAM, DLP etc.) to strengthen client security postures.
Incident Detection and Response: Proactively monitor and analyze security events to identify potential threats and respond swiftly to security incidents.
Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk assessments to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
Security Awareness: Develop and manage security awareness, social engineering, and phishing campaigns.
Security Compliance: Ensure clients' adherence to industry standards and regulations by assisting with compliance assessments and audits.
Threat Intelligence: Stay informed about emerging threats and vulnerabilities, sharing insights with clients to enhance their security strategies.
Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing security guidance and best practices.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations, incidents, and client interactions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Redesign to ensure the delivery of holistic security solutions.
Mentor, train and develop other members of the Managed Security Services team

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, cyber security or related field OR 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience working in a Security Operations (SOC) or Managed Security Services environment.
Strong experience implementing and managing information security technologies such as (SIEM, EDR, NDR, Vulnerability Management, DLP, IAM, etc.).
Strong understanding of Information Security Frameworks (NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Cloud Controls Matrix, etc.).
Strong understanding of modern Security Architectures and Zero Trust strategies to defend against advanced cyber threats.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a globally fast-paced environment.
Adapt and quickly learn new technologies and skillsets.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Preferred
Industry recognized certifications (Security+, GSEC, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
Cloud security experience (AWS, GCP & Azure)
Hands-on experience with technologies from CrowdStrike, Darktrace, Rapid7 and Zscaler
Knowledge of scripting and programming languages for security automation
