Responsibilities
Utilize various analytics methods to extract insights across all marketing dimensions, including multi-touch attribution modeling, predictive lead scoring, paid media ROI analytics (MMM and iROAS), and full funnel pipeline reporting.
Synthesize diverse facts and findings into compelling narratives applicable across the organization.
Promote data-informed decision-making by collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Identify and drive improvements within the Data team through process standardization, innovative practices, mentorship, and skills development.

Required
Extensive experience in B2B marketing analytics, particularly in paid acquisition and attribution, and are familiar with relevant tools.
Adept at writing sophisticated SQL, with a focus on well-architected data models, optimized query performance, and documented code.
Skilled in at least one visualization and business intelligence platform (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode).
Strong verbal and communication skills, enabling you to convey why certain solutions should be pursued and their potential impact on the business.
Capable of moving projects forward, prioritizing rapid and incremental development while addressing short-term challenges effectively.
Structured approach to navigating ambiguous exploratory analyses, balancing thoroughness with an MVP mindset.
Leverage data to reach ambitious goals and influence organizational outcomes.
Excellent judgment and possess strong business and product instincts, which aid in effective prioritization.
Preferred
Experience in forecasting and predictive modeling.
Familiarity with operational tools and systems like Segment, Amplitude, and HubSpot (or other CRM platforms).
Experience with Data Build Tool (DBT), Fivetran, or Census.
Proficiency in Python or R.
