Responsibilities

Work with the Customer Experience team to understand current data assets, needs, and gaps

Build a strong relationship with the customer success team

Design and build specialized dashboards and reports for customers

Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams to revise data pipelines

Monitor and manage data integrity within tools

Develop a deep understanding of products and operations

Work with a product manager to prioritize inbound requests

5+ years of working experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools

Strong user empathy

Expert in SQL

Experience working with Looker or other similar data visualization tools (tableau, etc)

Focus on impact

Exceptional communication skills

Humble, highly motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments

Proven ability to proactively manage priorities and dependencies

Passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches

Preferred

Experience working directly with customers for data requests

Experience working with a cloud-based data warehouse to access data (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Table, etc)
