Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex data pipelines and reporting solutions using Databricks, SQL, and Tableau.
Analyze and interpret Clickstream data and customer behavior to identify trends and actionable insights.
Design and implement data dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics for business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their reporting and data management needs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Work with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes by providing in-depth analytical insights.

Required
8+ years of experience working in data analytics, with a focus on Databricks, SQL, and Tableau.
Expertise in handling and analyzing Clickstream Data.
Strong experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for digital marketing and data analysis.
Previous experience in the eCommerce industry with a deep understanding of data reporting and data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business insights.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Candidates must be based in the United States.
