Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across Client Success, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to build dedicated processes, dashboards, and reports that support critical business processes and goals

Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for process improvement, automating processes, and recommending highly scalable solutions

Promote and exemplify the development of best practices, coding standards, and design principles

Effectively communicate insights and results from analysis to stakeholders across Maven teams, highlighting opportunities to better serve our business

Explore improvement opportunities and emerging technologies, tools, and trends that can drive innovation and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data analytics processes

Required

5-7 years of relevant analytics or data science experience

Fluency in SQL

Strong background in data visualization and modeling (Looker, Tableau)

Hands-on experience with Python

An ability to juggle both long-term strategic projects and ad hoc urgent requests as needed

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts

Preferred

Experience working with healthcare data
