Responsibilities
Conduct deep-dive analyses of product performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) and product metrics.
Perform A/B testing and other experimental designs to evaluate product changes and new features.
Collaborate with product managers and owners to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical projects.
Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and integration.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to guide product development and roadmap planning.
Assist in the prioritization of product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights.
Support go-to-market strategies with data insights to optimize product launches and market positioning.
Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and algorithms.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing and enforcing data governance practices.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing technical and professional development support.
Lead cross-functional data initiatives and champion the use of data in decision-making across the organization.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
10+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a product-focused environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools
Strong development experience, including customizations, data transformations through scripting in Qlik Sense
Extensive working experience in developing interactive dashboards in Qlik Sense, fetching data from multiple sources
Capable of managing the development (end-end) lifecycle of Qlik Sense applications
Familiarity with prototyping and experimentation frameworks
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify actionable insights from data
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Have a discovery and growth mindset
Familiarity with JIRA and Agile ways of working
Preferred
Second language is a plus
