Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor data-related project activities to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Lead projects to manage the lifecycle of data, including intake, storage, processing, and transmission.
Design, develop, and analyze ETL processes, leveraging Curam software (V6 or higher preferred).
Analyze large data sets with multiple interfaces and implement solutions to enhance data integrity and reliability.
Design and develop Tableau dashboards and other Business Intelligence solutions to meet organizational needs.
Ensure healthcare data is properly managed, adhering to privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
Write functional, technical, and performance requirements in a software development environment.
Utilize Microsoft Visio to create flow and process diagrams and document system requirements.
Apply expertise in different file transfer methodologies and handle diverse file types and layouts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable data standards and policies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
10+ years leading projects, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
8+ years experience with ETL tools (design, development, and analysis).
3+ years experience with Curam software (V6 or higher; database-centric work highly desired).
8+ years proven work experience as a senior/lead data analyst for large data sets and multiple interfaces.
8+ years hands-on experience in various file transfer methodologies and handling diverse file types and layouts.
5+ years experience with Tableau (dashboard design and development).
4+ years strong experience with healthcare data.
8+ years proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions.
8+ years working knowledge of writing functional, technical, and performance requirements.
5+ years working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with government agency data systems (preferred but not required).
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and complex environment, ensuring data governance and security compliance.
