Responsibilities

Participate in the full project lifecycle, supporting both agile and waterfall-based execution models.

Gather data requirements for various initiatives, including new data demands, regulatory consumption, attribute mapping, and aggregation rules.

Perform data profiling tasks, including discovery and analysis, creation of data dictionaries, and interpretation of data quality (DQ) lifecycles and lineage.

Review business processes, legacy applications, and identify gaps, redundancies, and enhancement opportunities.

Work with stakeholders to converge multiple disparate data stores into a cohesive data environment.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and met in the final solution.

Required

Proven experience in roles related to Digital Transformation, BI Solutions, Data Quality Assurance, Report Automation, or EUC Remediation and Transformation projects.

Strong knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and experience working with data related to retail banking products (e.g., Cards, Mortgages, Personal Loans, etc.).

Expertise in handling large datasets, data analysis, and ensuring data is fit for purpose.

ETL processes, data integration, and preparation.

Python/SQL skills for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.

Critical data element mapping and understanding data lineage and catalogs.

Experience with data validation, implementation of DQ rules, and monitoring data accuracy.

Strong understanding of database structures and data modeling.

Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data transformations.

Preferred

Experience working across multiple workstreams (e.g., Digital, Data, Technology, DevOps, Testing, and Business Process Owners).

Relevant experience in the banking domain, especially in retail or wealth management.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with BI/Reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI.

Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint skills, including VB Macros and advanced calculations.

Experience with JIRA for project management.
