Responsibilities

Support the development of A/B and Multi-variate tests while also performing detailed analyses of these tests.

Continued collaboration with business partners to develop in-depth solutions to cater to business needs.

Drive key storytelling through the creation of detailed dashboards highlighting key business KPIs.

Use both quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide insights on product performance, along with industry and macroeconomic trends.

Successfully communicate technical concepts to all business partners regardless of their technical experience.

Identify data and reporting needs across teams and develop an analytics framework to create reporting solutions.

Support the forecasting process for lending and deposits products while establishing benchmarks and monitoring business progress towards these benchmarks.

Collaborate with key stakeholders including Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

Communicate strategic insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders to drive decision-making.

Role model to others – may coach and develop; Ability to effectively work in a matrixed organization with colleagues across various reporting structures.
