Responsibilities
May assist with evaluation design and data collection planning
Provide support in identifying, evaluating, and making recommendations for data collection materials for various data collection methods. May assist with development of data collection materials for various collection methods, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting and disseminating results
Collect, analyze and document data
Assist with report and presentation development and presenting findings as required
Provide training to collection staff to ensure understanding of objectives, collection materials and methods
Participate in team meetings as required
May be required to attend and participate in annual symposium

Required
Experience in climate change adaptation and resilience, with a focus on research and report writing.
Experience in community or stakeholder engagement, especially with Native Hawaiian Organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
This is a remote position. Must be available for travel to meeting locations throughout Hawaii.
