Responsibilities

Support Data Analysis needs within the Production Operations team

Become an expert on MNTN platforms, UI, databases, and data pipelines

Conduct analytics and reports to present our data to external customers and stakeholders

Experiment with and create prototype concepts for data-driven monitoring solutions that can discover early trends and identify outliers

Investigate / triage / conduct root cause analysis on data incidents and provide recommendations for resolution

Identify and organize product improvement initiatives, as a result of your cross-team collaboration and data analysis endeavors

Analyze production and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

Required

5+ years experience in data analytics or similar

Experienced with high volume (100M+ records) environments or data warehousing

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets

Utilize Python, or other data analytics tools to manipulate and analyze large data sets.

Working knowledge of database definition language to create and manage your own datasets

Proficiency with Excel, and experience in Python or R is a plus

Demonstrated ability to create data visualizations for use in communication with others through reports and dashboards

A self-starter attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced but fun environment

Ability to multitask, be extremely detail-oriented, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience in DataBricks / Spark or Snowflake or similar Business Intelligence and Analytics Software is a plus

Working knowledge of ETL concepts is a plus
