Responsibilities

Data Collection & Integration: Gather data from diverse sources such as customer databases, online behavior tracking, campaign performance metrics, and event logs.
Data Analysis: Conduct thorough and rigorous analyses to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities within the data.
Optimization: Pinpoint opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and tactics to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop and present visualizations and operational reports to inform marketing teams, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.
Insights & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies, improve customer experiences, and increase overall effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, data science, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest analytical techniques and tools to continually improve the quality and impact of analyses.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or digital analytics environment
Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate data findings into actionable business strategies
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
