Responsibilities
Apply quantitative analysis, predictive analytics, and machine learning to support program goals.
Manage database technologies and ensure accurate data integration with VA systems.
Oversee data reporting processes and collaborate with development teams to optimize database functionality.
Handle sensitive healthcare data in compliance with SDLC and EHR system best practices.

Required
Master’s degree or higher in statistics, data analytics, or a related field.
15+ years of technical program management experience, including team leadership, budget management, and federal reporting.
15+ years of expertise in advanced analytics and machine learning to improve decision-making processes.
In-depth knowledge of VBA disability compensation claims and DBQ digitization.
Experience reconciling VA clinical data with ontologies, taxonomies, and formats like FHIR and CCDA.
Strong collaboration skills in large-scale federal environments.
Preferred
Proficiency in federal healthcare data standards and analysis tools.
Familiarity with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) data and benefits processing.
