Responsibilities
Design and develop analytical data warehouses/data marts and integrate them with Salesforce, including developing connectors with federal cloud/on-premise systems as needed
Work with Salesforce and federal hybrid cloud environments to deliver solutions, ensuring compliance with all federal standards such as security and Section 508
Develop analytical solutions within Salesforce, including analytical reports and visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and federal systems (on-premise, cloud)
Provide leadership and support to architects and development teams, leveraging agile/SAFe methodologies to deliver solutions effectively

Required
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of five (5) plus years of hands-on full-stack experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Salesforce development
Extensive experience in data design and analytics
Strong expertise in developing analytical data warehouses/data marts
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with federal systems and complying with federal standards
Experience with Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Consultant certifications, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and related developer certifications
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience working in the federal space
Familiarity with federal standards and compliance requirements
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering solutions in agile/SAFe environments
